01 Acceptance of Terms

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on prk88. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own details, altered details, or another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms. prk88 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, prk88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the associated individuals from the Platform without prior notice.

KYC Verification

prk88 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its compliance obligations under its international gaming licence framework. You will be required to submit a valid copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership before your account is fully activated or before any withdrawal is processed. 03 Account Management

Deposits

• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK may take up to one business day to reflect, subject to the banking institution's processing schedule.
• Raast transfers benefit from near-instant interbank credit as governed by the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast infrastructure.
• prk88 accepts funds only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any processing costs.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the standard withdrawal routing rules of prk88.
• All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one business day. Approved withdrawals are typically credited within 24–72 hours depending on the payment method selected.

General Bonus Conditions

• prk88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially changed in a way that fundamentally alters the nature of the market.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game results — including but not limited to technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors — prk88 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets at the correct odds or void the bets entirely.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prk88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the prk88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any prk88 content without express prior written authorisation from prk88.

Any use of the prk88 brand, logo, or Platform content for commercial purposes — including affiliate marketing activities that have not been pre-approved in writing by prk88 — is strictly prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

prk88's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your prk88 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
